We are currently looking for production Line Leader to join one of the UK's leading family-owned seafood businesses.

We are the largest independent supplier of skin-packed and bulk fish to large multiples, wholesalers and the food service sector. Copernus is a 200+ strong family run business, who recognize our staff are pivotal to our continued success.

*Available Shift Patterns:*

Monday-Friday, 07:30:am - 5:00pm

*Responsibilities:*

Lead a team of operatives, ensuring full engagement and high performance at all times;

Guarantee product quality standards are met without compromise;

Ensure all raw materials, ingredients, packaging and labels are available to meet the production plan in full and on time;

Minimize waste in all forms;

Analysis and actioning of factory data and line performance information.

*About you:*

Good understanding of English language, written and oral;

Excellent communication skills;

Flexible and adaptable approach;

Previous experience in a previous Team Leading position;

Basic awareness of Food Hygiene.
