Our growing company offers:
- Very generous holiday allowances, with 25 days + a full week additional holiday shutdown in August.

Core Responsibilities
Pre-Contract:

- Select and appoint consultants/contractors.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts.
Project Delivery & Construction:
- Act as the client’s representative across the lifecycle.
- Monitor programme, cost, and quality on site.
- Lead project and site meetings; provide accurate reports.
- Oversee health & safety, compliance, and sustainability.
- Manage supply chains, particularly millwork and specialist finishes.
- Support cost control in collaboration with cost managers.
- Manage full handover and closeout processes to deliver successful spaces for clients.
Leadership & Business Contribution:
- Mentor junior staff and grow your own team under your supervision.

- Excellent communicator with strong client management skills.
- Strong leadership, mentoring ability, and independent thinking.
- Experience in retail, luxury retail, and/or hospitality.
- Comfortable managing contractors/subcontractors on site.
- Confident with drawings, architecture, interiors, and millwork.
- Understanding of cost management processes (though not a CM role, understanding of fundamentals is preferred)
- Skilled at balancing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with international clients and diverse cultures preferred.
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Fluent English; working proficiency in Italian or French desirable but not essential.
- Adaptable, solutions-driven, and strong problem-solver.
Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will embody our values:
