Location: Secondary School in Birmingham
Salary: Up to £570 per week
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time Only

Are you a recent Psychology graduate with a strong academic background and a passion for supporting young people with special educational needs (SEN)?

Do you have aspirations of pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related therapeutic field?

A highly regarded secondary school in Birmingham is looking for a dedicated Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience working with students who have a range of additional learning needs, such as autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.

You will work closely with experienced teaching staff and the school’s SEN department, providing tailored support to individual students and small groups. Your role will be crucial in helping students engage with their learning, build confidence, and develop essential social and emotional skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
