Position Overview

Are you a dynamic retail leader who can inspire teams and elevate the luxury shopping experience? We're seeking an exceptional Regional Manager to join our iconic brand. This role is about putting People & Customer at the heart of what we do, being Results Driven, possessing a strong passion for the Fashion Industry and constantly seek to elevate our Client Experience. As regional manager for the north you will be covering such areas as Manchester, Leeds Cheshire Oaks and Cannock. You will need to be flexible with traveling to these destinations. This role is 80% travel based will need to be able to commute to areas in the north

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing store teams across multiple locations
• Drive sales excellence and achieve ambitious business targets
• Uphold our prestigious brand standards and deliver extraordinary client experiences
• Oversee operational excellence and P&L management
• Shape and execute regional commercial strategies
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive business growth

• Proven track record in luxury or premium retail management
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
• Outstanding leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for timeless fashion and the Ralph Lauren brand
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
• Management of multi site stores
