Join the CPM Team Representing Samsung!

Are you passionate about technology and eager to represent one of the world's most innovative brands? We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Promoter to bring Samsung products to life in key retail stores across your territory. This is a full-time, field-based role working Thursday-Monday.

Salary: £28,300 per annum + performance bonus (on average 30% OTE uncapped) + £300 monthly car allowance

Ideal location: Horsham, United Kingdom, RH13

Territory: Bournemouth, Brentford, Brighton, Bromley, Canterbury, Crawley, Eastbourne, Farnborough, Guildford, Kingston, Littlehampton, Maidstone, Poole, Portsmouth, Southampton, Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas

This role involves regular travel between stores, with some overnight stays required.

What You'll Be Doing

• Champion the Samsung brand with engaging, memorable in-store demonstrations.
• Drive sales by creating tailored, needs-based experiences for customers.
• Build knowledge and enthusiasm among retail staff, turning them into Samsung advocates.
• Ensure displays, fixtures, and POS materials are fully compliant and well presented.
• Report weekly on sales results, market trends, and competitor insights.
• Provide cover and support for underperforming or vacant stores when needed.
• Mentor and coach new team members to competence.

• Proven success in retail sales, using strong persuasion and closing skills.
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology and its applications.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator, able to influence and build strong relationships.
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to deliver results.
