This is a 12-month contract with Remote/Hybrid/Onsite options available in the UK.Our client is a multinational SaaS company in the financial tech industry with a portfolio of fin-tech and supporting hardware products to enable businesses to grow and customers to have more choice for funding their purchases.What is the position?We are seeking a Retail Partner Manager to drive brand awareness and acquisition of our hardware products through the UK Retail Channel. You will partner with retail chains, meet quarterly sales and revenue goals for hardware, and explore opportunities for distribution at new retailers. This senior partner manager role requires strong strategic thinking, rigour, and cross-functional leadership.What will I be going?Develop strategies with key retailers to grow revenue and drive product discovery.Maintain and expand relationships with existing retail partners.Source, pitch, and secure new retail partnerships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches, forecasting, and GTM planning.Manage retail marketing budget to maximize ROI.Experience and qualificationsThe ideal Retail Partner Manager has 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or retail marketing, preferably within the Consumer Electronics sector, with proven success at major retailers or other large-format partners. You bring an analytical and structured approach, with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and measure marketing campaign performance. You have a track record of successfully launching products with both new and existing retailers, and you excel at keeping colleagues, teams, and partners aligned. You are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.
