Training and career progression

First Steps to Management (16 weeks): for Service Assistants aiming to step into management with on-the-job learning leading to a Trade Counter Supervisor role. Power Up to Trade+ (12-15 months): Trade Supplier Apprenticeship at level 2, blended learning to become a Trade+ Sales Supervisor. Trade Up to Branch Manager (over 15 months): close supervision and structured learning; ends with a Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship and team leadership skills. Learning for Life: wider life skills and Maths/English coaching through Skills Forward partnership.
