You’ll act as a health and wellness ambassador while maintaining high store standards and delivering world class customer service. You will complete our industry-leading retail operational training to become Qualified to Advise across our range of products, and you can specialise in areas of interest such as sport, nutrition, and beauty. Responsibilities

Be the central point of customer contact and deliver high-quality service. Maintain store standards and contribute to a positive shopping environment. Complete training to become Qualified to Advise and assist customers across product ranges. Specialise in areas of interest (e.g., sport, nutrition, beauty) as appropriate. Support promotion of items and incentives as directed.

Qualifications

Entry level role; no prior retail experience required (experience is advantageous). Ability to work well within a team. Compassionate and consultative approach to customers. Positive attitude and driven nature. Passion and enthusiasm for our products. Basic IT skills to use in-store technology.
