What You'll Be Doing: Building Relationships & Driving Sales: As a Retail Development Manager , you will work closely with convenience retailers in your region to foster strong, long-lasting relationships, ensuring they realise their potential and achieve growth. Customer Support & Problem Solving: Act as the main point of contact for your customers, providing expert advice and support to resolve challenges they may face in-store. As a Retail Development Manager , your goal will be to find solutions that enhance the customer experience. Managing Your Schedule & Territory: Take responsibility for planning your visits and managing a schedule that allows you to provide excellent service to a wide range of retail customers across your region.
