The Opportunity

As Product and Brand Manager (Global Product Manager), you’ll be the driving force behind sports & Fashion Own Brand Apparel strategy — creating and delivering products that power direct‑to‑consumer platforms and wholesale partners worldwide. From concept to launch, you’ll own the process, the story, and the impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders across Product Creation, Commercial, and Buying to shape and execute multi‑season Own Brand strategies.
  • Translate vision into clear, compelling seasonal briefs that inspire the creation teams and meet consumer needs across every channel.
  • Ensure products hit the sweet spot of trend, quality, and commercial performance for UK, international, and franchise markets.
  • Be part of the in‑house Trend Team, spotting market shifts, brand opportunities, and category extensions before they break.
  • Develop and coach your direct reports, building a team that’s as bold and forward‑thinking as you are.

    • What You’ll Bring

  • Proven expertise; At least 3+ years in Sports Fashion and High Street Fashion Buying or Product roles.
  • Natural leadership, with a track record of building strong internal and external relationships.
  • Experience developing apparel brands and seasonal collections for multiple markets.
  • Willingness and enthusiasm for international travel to connect with teams and markets globally.
