to lead our dedicated team and help create exceptional customer experiences in our Edinburgh store. About the Role As Flooring Manager, youll: Lead and motivate a passionate team to achieve sales targets and deliver expert flooring advice Collaborate across the store to drive success and ensure customers receive outstanding service Share your in-depth flooring product knowledge and hands-on expertise daily Build strong customer relationships and support your teams development Who Were Looking For: Leadership Experience:

Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or sales Flooring Expertise:

Strong knowledge of flooring products and accessories Sales-Driven:

A passion for hitting targets and motivating your team to do the same Effective Communication:

Confident with numbers, persuasive negotiator, and clear communicator People Person:
