The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Store Manager to join a busy team in Glasgow City Centre. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and retail management experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging a team of 5-6 staffConducting team meetings and delegating daily tasksPreparing and updating weekly staff rotasHandling payroll, sickness, holidays, and general HR issuesSupporting staff with customer service and in-store queriesLiaising with site managers to ensure smooth store operationsOverseeing the overall performance and day-to-day running of the storeRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in retail sales (required)Proven retail management or supervisory experienceComfortable working full shift patterns and covering weekendsCapable of working independently, including lone shiftsShift Pattern4 or 5 days per weekMust be available for the majority of Saturdays and peak trading periodsStore hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM #J-18808-Ljbffr
