If things don’t go quite right, you’ll be confident to step in and take ownership You’ll use customer feedback and insights to spot trends and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow our business As technology advances so does TUI, you’ll work with a variety of systems empowering you to enhance your knowledge to improve our customer digital journey Drive your team to exceed company sales and service goals, in Retail we call it ‘Smashing your Targets’ Recruit and retain talent, maintaining high levels of engagement and low levels of attrition.
