ResponsibilitiesDevelop, own and implement retail media and partnership marketing strategy across digital platforms for a portfolio of brands, aligned to the Cult Beauty Brand marketing calendar and ecommerce goalsExecute and manage end to end tenancy media campaigns across creative, display, email CRM, organic social and content aligned brand objectives, JBP, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendarsOversee and manage offsite/ 3rd party media deliverables and corresponding budgets to these campaigns i.e sponsored product, programmatic media, paid media. Optimise campaigns based on KPIs for your brand portfolio such as ROAS, CTR, conversions, traffic, NTB and RTBAccountable for securing income from portfolio of brands to achieve fiscal targets set inline with budget of your category and overall retail media dept budgetWork cross-functionally across core performance marketing channels, brand marketing, buying and merchandising to align media with trade and shopper marketing effortsAnalyse campaign data and insights to produce actionable recommendations to report on campaign effectiveness, providing insights to key stakeholdersUse attribution tools and dashboards to measure online impactStrong understanding of the retail media landscape, including on-site and off-site mediaStrong understanding of multiband, ecommerce infrastructureStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsStrong commercial acumen with ability to forecast and work to budgetIntermediate understanding of programmatic digital advertising platforms (e.g. Criteo, Liveramp, META, TikTok)Strong communication, relationship building and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong Excel, PowerPoint, and media analytics skills5 years experience in a related role- retail media/ digital advertisingAbout THG and Cult BeautyWe are THG, a global ecommerce group on a mission to be the global online leader in beauty and sports nutrition.
