As a Retail Operations Manager, you\'ll oversee all aspects of daily operations across plant areas, retail departments, and customer facilities, ensuring the highest standards are maintained throughout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of horticultural specialists and retail staff.
• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic merchandising and inventory management.
• Build strong supplier relationships to secure quality products.
• Maintain autonomy in decision-making and shape the customer experience across 52 locations.

Qualifications

• Proven senior operational or management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with comprehensive horticultural knowledge and genuine passion for plants.
• Excellent leadership skills and outstanding customer service orientation.
• Ability to analyse performance data while developing high-performing teams.
