Location: Fully Onsite - Westminster, LondonOverviewThis is a peak cover role to support with managing replenishment products for the relevant division.ResponsibilitiesReviewing regional sales forecasts on a monthly basisApproving regional buysDriving the Global Replenishment forecasts, focusing on a specific Division, and creating a culture of accountability for forecast accuracyMaintaining the Global rolling line cards for Replenishment items and ensuring adherence to the Replenishment monthly critical pathCollaborating with regions to identify and maximize opportunities in Replenishment productsDetermining long range forecasting to support Key vendor strategy and RM bookingsMaintaining the Global Replenishment line cards and ensuring adherence to global Weeks of Cover targets for both store and hubDriving the Global Replenishment Buy process across all lines within the relevant division, actualising against regional plansMonthly evaluation of trading with Regional teams to assess in-season management decisions and potential inventory rebalances across regionsPreparing insightful commercial analyses to highlight missed opportunities and guidance for future collection development, particularly with respect to regional rangingAligning with regional planning and merchandising teams on sales forecasts and stock weeks of cover based on current tradingCoordinating regular free stock drops to optimize carry forward and replenishment inventoryPreparing vendor projections across all product lines (Seasonal, Carry forward and Replen) where relevant on a quarterly and annual basis to support Supply PlanningForecasting and planning Replenishment margin for input into the Senior Manager, ReplenishmentJob PurposeThis position will drive all replenishment planning activities globally within the company's global planning organisation. They will embody the company values and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.RequirementsExperience as PlannerStrong Planning and Forecasting SkillsDecision making capability clearly driven by developing strategic product and business initiativesHigh level of proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPointPLM Software skills preferred
