The ideal candidate should have experience in managing retail properties and be proficient in providing exceptional service to actively manage the trading and non-trading property portfolio. Responsibilities include maximizing income, minimizing costs, ensuring legal compliance, and offering efficient property advice to internal departments.

This position is suitable for a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), though it is not essential. The role offers a hybrid working model, with visits to the West Midlands HQ twice a week. The salary range is approximately £45,000 - £55,000 plus a Car Allowance.
