We are currently looking to expand our retail security team for a major client in Bicester. Our client is aiming to recreate a similar format to that of their international branches which has redefined the way in which store security operates. If you are an experienced Retail Security Operative or if you have experience with high-end event security then we would like to hear from you. Key Tasks And Responsibilities: To provide a discreet uniformed deterrent, to contribute to the safety and security of the Clients premises and staff.

To carry out Company Policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

To lawfully deter any potential anti-social behaviouron site in accordance with company policy.

To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems.

To carry out all duties assigned by a Client or Manager to whom you are responsible.

To ensure site knowledge is kept up to date and developments at local level are identified.

To understand and implement any Fire and Safety evacuation procedures.

To assist, if required by the Client, with staff and contractor searches.

To ensure that the Security office and CCTV suite is kept in a clean and tidy condition at all times.

To conduct yourself, at all times, in a manner which will bring credit to yourself and the Company, ensuring full uniform is worn and SIA license is clearly displayed.

Valid SIA DS/CCTV license.

Flexibility, Integrity and Commitment.

Working pattern: Monday - Saturday 11am to 8pm

Sunday from 11am to 7pm
