We’re supporting them in hiring a Retail & Customer Experience Associate to join their close-knit in-store team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands great customer service, and wants to work in a people-first environment with real values.
The Role The successful candidate will become a trusted brand ambassador, helping customers feel welcomed and supported—whether they’re shopping in person, online, or over the phone. This is a hands-on role that blends sales, service, merchandising, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver consistently warm, helpful service in-store and via phone/email Build strong knowledge of the brand, fabrics, fits, and seasonal collections Provide honest, confident style advice tailored to individual customers Manage purchases, returns, and deliveries professionally Support visual merchandising and stock replenishment Use in-store systems confidently (till, stock, logistics, website interface) Communicate valuable customer feedback to head office teams Help maintain a clean, safe, and inspiring store environment Follow health and safety protocols
