Retail Store AssociateJob DescriptionThe Store Associate will oversee the day-to-day running of our stores in the manager’s absence. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel between stores within South Cumbria as needed, so a clean, full, valid UK driving license and own transport is essential.The successful applicant will be responsible for:Serving customers visiting the storeManaging the day to day running of the store in the Manager’s absenceOptimising salesMaintaining effective stock management and merchandisingSupporting and training volunteersCarrying out shop administrationThis is a Full-time position up to 35 hours per week (5 days over 7) and will involve some weekends.
