As Store Manager, your focus is on creating an unforgettable customer experience and helping your team to reach their full potential!
You’ll work closely with your Area Manager to implement our local business strategy, reach performance targets, and take charge with effective leadership. You’ll lead by example, coach your team to deliver excellent customer experiences, define daily objectives, drive KPIs, develop monthly plans based on productivity targets, ensure store administration and inventory management, and foster employee wellbeing and engagement through regular 1-on-1s and genuine team connections.
