Responsibilities

• Lead, train and motivate the team to hit performance targets and maintain exceptional standards of customer service.
• Organize, oversee and perform stock-takes.
• Daily cashing up.
• Holding of keys, opening and closing of the store.
• Meet all KPIs/Targets set by the Company (Sales, Performance, Shrinkage).
• Oversee the receiving, checking, pricing and merchandising of deliveries.
• Report queries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Process refunds and exchanges.
• Liaise with and follow instructions from Directors and Head Office.
