OverviewRetail Supervisor at Toolstation, part of Travis Perkins plc. 30 hours per week. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, supporting the Store Manager, and helping drive sales and branch standards.ResponsibilitiesSupporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team, and coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.Delivering great service by providing a positive customer experience, and coaching the team to do the same.Asking questions and building relationships to ensure customers leave the branch with what they need for the job.Maintaining our product availability and high branch standards, while creating a welcoming and enjoyable work environment.What You'll BringHard work and passion.
