We are seeking a Retail Team Leader / Manager  for a temporary assignment, starting ASAP. This role is ideal for someone with previous retail experience who is available to start immediately and can commit to approximately 6-8 ++ weeks of work. The position involves various responsibilities including cash handling and store management tasks. £12.82 per hour 37.5 hours per week (9.15am - 5.15pm) Day-to-day of the role: Cashing up at the end of the day to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Opening and closing the store, managing security and readiness for business. Keeping all administrative tasks up to date to ensure smooth operations. Managing stock rotation on the shop floor to maintain freshness and availability of products. Ensuring the store presentation is clean and inviting at all times. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail environment is essential. Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately. Strong organisational skills to manage various administrative tasks. Effective communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work shifts during store hours, including weekends.
