The Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 or small-group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including Autism, ADHD, speech and language, and social/emotional needs).

Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individual education plans (IEPs).

Support pupils to engage with learning activities, develop social skills, and build confidence.

Create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
