What you'll do: * Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language needs * Assist teachers in delivering adapted lessons and inclusive classroom activities * Help create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment * Work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to implement EHCPs and learning plans * Support pupils with emotional regulation and classroom routines
