SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary & Secondary
Location: Crawley and Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible Days) Pay: £89.05 – £110 per day Hours: School Hours (Typically 08:30 – 15:30)

We’re looking for compassionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to work in primary and secondary schools across Crawley and nearby areas. Whether you're experienced in education or exploring a new career path, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils who need extra support.
You’ll work closely with students on a one-to-one basis or in small groups, helping to create a calm, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.) A calm, patient, and supportive approach Confidence to adapt to different school settings and age groups A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
