Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant (TA)
Location: Sutton, South London

About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a school environment. You will work closely with teachers to deliver tailored support and help pupils achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils with a range of special educational needs in class and during activities
-
Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
-
Provide one-to-one or small group support as needed
-
Promote positive behavior and assist with classroom management
-
Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals
Requirements:
-
Experience working with children with SEN
-
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills
-
Relevant qualifications (NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) preferred
-
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time options available
Start Date: ASAP

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
