SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism Specialist) – Enfield

Location: Enfield
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £90–£105 per day
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term

GSL Education is looking for a specialist SEN Teaching Assistant with a focus on Autism for a school in Enfield. Your day will be spent providing tailored 1:1 support, using visual aids and communication strategies to help your pupil navigate the school day and achieve their learning goals.

We are looking for:

Practical experience with Autism (ASD) and knowledge of support strategies like PECS or TEACCH.
Incredible patience and the ability to create a structured, predictable environment.
A proactive and empathetic approach to building relationships.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
