Ideally with a minimum of a NVQ2 or equivalent. Experience of the following is desirable but not essential:•    Working with children in KS2•    Have relevant experience supporting pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD and SEMH needs within the school’s enhanced learning provision•    Knowledge and experience of supporting cognition and learning needs with maths and literacy interventions•    Be flexible and creative in their approach to delivering a personalised curriculum•    Experience in supporting children with building resilience and self-esteemPlease contact our SENCO, Laura Gullen, for further information about the skills required to support these young people.  We can offer you an engaged, supportive and ambitious leadership team, supportive Governors and motivated, enthusiastic, happy children.
