Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to find their next role, and work in a SEN based School setting in an OFSTED graded 'OUTSTANDING' school in the Knowsley area.

A successful applicant will have a Teaching Assistant qualification or higher and will have 12 weeks+ of experience working with children in a SEN school setting. You will be expected to cover class in the absence of a teacher, small group, and large group interventions in KS2 and 3 settings. Safeguarding training is preferred but not required as training is provided.

Prospero Teaching provide staff to schools and colleges across Merseyside, including SEN schools. We are currently looking to fill a Teaching Assistant role in Knowsley. The strongest applicant will have confidence in leading a group of children in absence of their teacher, reading, and writing sessions and will have good behavioural management skills as well as 1 to 1 roles.
