Right now, we’re looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across Southampton in mainstream primary schools on a supply, full-time permanent, or part-time permanent basis.

About the Role:

As a SEN teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in the classroom, supporting both teachers and pupils to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to:

Gain hands-on experience in different school settings
Work with a variety of age groups across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
Support children with a range of learning needs, including those with SEN
Build strong relationships and make a genuine impact on young lives

✅ We’re looking for individuals who:

Have experience working with children in any capacity (schools, nurseries, youth work, SEN settings, etc.)
Those who have experience with SEN – Autism / ADHD and Mental health needs would be desirable
Are passionate, reliable, and enthusiastic about working in education
Can adapt to different school environments with confidence and professionalism
Are eager to learn and grow within a school setting
