SEN Teaching Assistant – Enfield

Salary: £90–£105 per day

GSL Education is seeking a patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant for a welcoming school in Enfield. This role is ideal for someone with a nurturing nature who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs, helping them to build confidence and achieve their academic goals. You will be working on a 1:1 and small group basis, primarily with children on the Autism Spectrum.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience supporting children with Autism (ASD).

• A resilient and calm demeanour to manage challenging situations.

• The ability to use initiative and adapt support to individual needs.

• Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
