You’ll be responsible for:
• Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Fostering a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Supporting pupils withmunication, sensory, and emotional needs
• Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strongmunication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
