SEN Teaching Assistant - Immediate Start

Location: Gillingam Contract: Full-time

We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to provide vital classroom support for pupils with complex special educational needs.

The Role:

Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and interventions

Assist with learning activities tailored to individual pupil needs

Help manage classroom behaviour and provide consistent, structured support

Work closely with staff to ensure pupils' needs are met and progress is monitored

Requirements:

Reliable, resilient, and committed

Experience supporting pupils with SEN

Strong behaviour management skills preferred
