We’re working with an SEN school in Somerset that’s looking for passionate Teaching Assistants to support students with Autism, SEMH, and complex needs.

The Role:

• Support pupils aged 4–16 in a therapeutic setting
• Work closely with teachers and SENCOs
• Use positive behaviour strategies
• Help students build confidence and independence

Ideal Candidate:

• SEN experience or transferable skills (e.g. youth work, care)
• Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable
• Comfortable with personal care and sensory needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
