We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Company Secretary to join our dynamic Secretariat team. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and contribute to high-impact projects that support our compliance, governance, and reporting obligations across the Group and Europe.What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, including:Annual Report & Form 20-FCoordinating timelines and stakeholder meetingsDrafting and reviewing content for consistency and complianceManaging feedback from senior leaders, legal teams, and auditorsOverseeing online publication and regulatory submissionsAnnual General Meeting (AGM)Leading project management for AGM deliveryDrafting key documents and liaising with external partnersTeam Collaboration & SupervisionSupporting and mentoring junior team membersReviewing work and offering guidance as neededSubsidiary GovernanceMaintaining records using Diligent EntitiesSupporting routine company administration and complianceListed Entity CompliancePreparing stock exchange announcements and regulatory filingsEnsuring adherence to EU/UK Market Abuse Regulations and listing rulesBoard & Committee SupportAssisting with meeting preparation and minute-takingManaging board materials via Diligent BoardsCapital & Governance FrameworkSupporting share capital record-keeping and listing processesContributing to the evolution of governance frameworks and team processes What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who is:Experienced in a UK-listed company secretariat environmentSkilled in managing annual reports and AGMsA GradCG or ACG with 7 + years of relevant experienceConfident in project management and stakeholder engagementKnowledgeable in corporate governance, UK Companies Act, and regulatory frameworksProficient in Microsoft Office and governance tools like Diligent Boards and Entities We are Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) – a dedicated team of 42,000 people, serving customers in 31 countries, who work together to make, move and sell some of the world’s most loved drinks.We are a global business and one of the leading consumer goods companies in the world.
