Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth, have an exciting new role for an experienced Senior Business Manager to lead and grow business across the Tesco Group (Tesco, Booker, One Stop), including key growth areas such as Tesco Ireland, Tesco Café, and PFS, delivering strategic and commercial excellence. As the senior account lead and number two to the Head of Retail, this role requires high levels of autonomy, commercial acumen, and a relentless drive for unlocking new business opportunities within established and emerging customer channels.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the strategic relationship with Tesco Group across all trading divisions.

* Develop and execute detailed joint business plans (JBPs) aligned with both customer and company objectives.

* Identify, develop, and deliver growth opportunities within current customers—particularly Tesco Ireland, Tesco Café, PFS, and Booker National Accounts.

* Be the commercial lead and subject matter expert for the Tesco group within the business.
