Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
Development and Delivery of an innovative, best in the world Retail Experience. Ensuring Execution is delivered right first time and is maintained to perfection.
Represent and Promote Samsung TV/AV to Retail Customers ensuring a strong working relationship to ensure the strongest share of voice for Samsung within TV/AV in all stores.
Ensure the space agreed is in the very best footfall traffic areas to ensuring maximum visibility at the best price.
Develop relationships internally, both within the Division, SEUK & with subsidiaries across Europe to drive efficiencies within projects and procurement to optimise budgets.
Drive efficiencies and innovation across the operation to reduce cost
To ensure all executions & promotions land on time and right first time.
Ability to both plan ahead and deliver multiple projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines and to the standard that a top global brand should expect
Have a robust rhythm and routine to ensure stakeholders across SEUK / Europe & Suwon are aligned to all activity.
Influence and shape Global plans by developing strong relationships with the Suwon team.
Your key people management responsibilities
Provide clarity on strategy, team purpose & value and define the key areas of focus and direction.
Support the development of your team through regular mentoring, coaching and feedback, 1:1s and on the job learning opportunities.
Role model inclusion for your team to build trust and psychological safety.
Ensure communication with your team is a core focus area including cascade of information from LT’s and relevant business updates.
Handle the on boarding, off boarding process and the entirety of the colleague lifecycle process for all team members.
Handle all annual people management cycles such as goal setting, evaluation and salary reviews to a high quality and in a timely manner.
To be accountable for ensuring your team are aligned with company processes and procedures; such as compliance, meeting mandatory business cyclical deadlines, and understanding what we value.

Reducing cost, whilst improving instore experience to ensure it’s the best in the world.
