Having recently launched nationally with leading grocery retailers and expanding rapidly across Europe, they’re now looking for a Senior Retail Operations Manager to help scale their retail operations and support the next phase of growth.

This newly created role will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will focus on shaping the business’s retail operations strategy — leading key projects such as ERP implementation, 3PL integration, and international expansion initiatives.

The opportunity

• Lead and develop the retail operations function, supporting the shift from DTC to major retail channels.
• Oversee ERP implementation and 3PL transition projects.
• Collaborate across Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial to deliver retail excellence.
• Partner with key retail customers on forecasting, replenishment, and performance improvement.
• Mentor and develop the growing team as it expands.

What they’re looking for

• FMCG or retail operations experience (grocery or consumer goods background ideal)
• Proven track record leading ERP or logistics integration projects
• Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations
• Excellent stakeholder and project management skills
• Hands-on, proactive operator who thrives in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings
