Our client is an excellent, retail-focused SME planning consultancy based in Central London. They are seeking a Senior or Associate Town Planner (5+ years of experience) to work primarily on retail and commercial-led schemes across the UK.

A well-established, independent planning consultancy recognized as a leading firm in the retail, warehouse, and commercial sectors. The firm works with household names, including large supermarket chains, well-known hotel brands, and UK-wide delivery companies. With experienced directors overseeing all work, the client provides planning advice across their specialist fields.

WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:

A Senior Planner or Associate with experience in retail-led schemes, including undertaking sequential assessments and retail impact assessments. Experience leading meetings, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a background (not essential) in the private sector are desirable.
