A leading main contractor specialising in fast-track commercial builds is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead supermarket construction projects across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile retail sites, with long-term work available and full support for national travel.
The Role:
You’ll take charge of day-to-day site operations from groundwork to handover, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery. Projects are spread nationally, so you’ll need to be comfortable staying away during the working week (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff

Ensure project timelines, budgets, and safety standards are met
*
Liaise with the commercial and project management teams
*
Maintain accurate site records and deliver regular updates
✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience managing supermarket or retail build projects
*
Strong organisational and leadership skills
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold preferred), and First Aid
*
Full UK driving licence
