Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out precise cutting, packing, and labelling to company standards
• Maintain excellent product presentation and merchandising
• Ensure regular stock rotation to guarantee freshness and minimise waste
• Work closely with the team to ensure clear communication between shops
• Adjust orders proactively based on sales trends, events, and trading conditions
• Fulfil production orders daily

• Proven experience in retail butchery and/or production
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Solid understanding of stock management and waste reduction
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A proactive, team-focused approach
