Due to the expansion of our Kent & Medway Hub we have a bank of exciting opportunities available and invite you to read a little more about our journey so far and our exciting times ahead.

We are delighted that Alternative Learning Trust, have two newly established provisions in the Isle of Sheppey. We are operating two schools within one site community and are so excited about the wealth of experience and expertise in the building to serve our community effectively.

As the school grows and develops there will be opportunity for roles to develop accordingly in order for us to meet the evolving needs of the school.

This is a term time only - permanent position with a National NJC pay grade Sc5 scale point 11-15, £28,142 – £30,024 (pro rata £24,207 - £25,826) depending on experience

  • Want to grow and develop in this new role.
  • Are you passionate about working with children and young people with SEN needs including SEMH whilst transforming lives, through real opportunities to engage in the education and personal development opportunities.
