About the role
Connex Education is working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Chesterfield and surrounding areas who are looking for Supply Teaching Assistants to join their teams. You will assist teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities, support pupils with their learning, and help create a positive and inclusive environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy flexibility, variety, and working with children across different year groups.

Assignment details
This role will commence after the October half term, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Person specification

• Have recent UK-based experience supporting pupils in a primary school or similar setting

• Be confident providing group and one-to-one classroom support

• Demonstrate patience, adaptability, and strong communication skills

• Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one
