We re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil in a mainstream school in the Cardiff CF5 area . The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you ll be providing 1:1 support for a pupil with additional learning needs, helping them to: Access learning in a way that suits their individual style Develop confidence, social skills, and independence Engage in classroom activities and build positive relationships Follow personalised learning plans set by teachers and SEN staff Transferable Skills That Make You Shine You don t need to have worked in a school before if you ve supported children, young people, or individuals with additional needs in any setting, we d love to hear from you.
