A welcoming and supportive special needs school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team!

This is afull-time, permanentrole, offering a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive both academically and personally. You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:00.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have: Previous experience in a similar role - supportingGCSE studentsas well as adiverse range of learnerswith special needs. Asupportive, understandingapproach while maintainingclear boundaries. Confidence in leadingsmall group sessions, including activities such ascurrent affairs,debate, and other engaging discussions (resources provided). Acurrent DBS certificate(required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills If youre enthusiastic, compassionate and ready to make a positive impact, wed love to hear from you!
