Experience working on a Retail Investment Platform Experience as a business systems analyst Experience working on Retail Financial Services platforms Testing - platform upgrades, development and migrations Working with dev teams to improve / tweak platform capabilities for customers / clients Creating dashboards - "health checks" / reporting - for platform performance (using Splunk or similar) Creating business and tech solutions for Retail Banking clients and customers SQL
