This is where innovation meets service, and where your impact can make a real difference.What You’ll DoYou will support the Territory Manager, Regional Managers and franchise and direct retail stores within the Territory by ensuring operational excellence, driving commercial performance, and delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience across Vodafone’s operations.Drive Vodafone’s #1 objective of ensuring exceptional customer outcomes, improving store standards and advising franchise partners on best practiceAnalyse store performance data and key KPIs, identify opportunities for growth, and implement strategies to support TerritorySupport all franchise partners and direct retail stores to meet Vodafone’s operational standards, including compliance, training, and best practicesBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders to create alignment on goals and operational prioritiesStep in to cover responsibilities of Regional seamless communication and managementWho You AreProven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levelsCompetent financial and analytical skills with experience in interpreting and presenting data to inform decisionsDemonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with franchise partners, direct retail stores and cross-functional teamsExperience in a retail or customer-focused environment, with knowledge of operational processes and standardsSelf-motivated, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based roleWorried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
