Web Development Manager (Full Stack)(Hands on). We’re looking for a Development Manager to join a retail company based in Shoreditch to manage their Web Development team. They are looking for someone who’s fluent across the stack and ready to lead a team building smart, scalable digital products. They are looking for an experienced leader who is comfortable with both frontend & backend technologies + overseeing technical quality/ making tech decisions. You'll also liaise with key stakeholders, lead on projects and make key strategic moves for their development team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading a cross-functional team of developers and QA engineers
• Owning the full development lifecycle—from planning and architecture to release
• Staying hands-on with both front-end and back-end code when needed
• Collaborating with product, design, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Driving best practices in Agile delivery, testing, and performance

• Proven experience as a Senior/ Lead Full-Stack Developer + experience in management
